Custom Word Layout
You can create a Custom Word Layout and upload into Function Tracker. Your customised document can then be used instead of the default forms in the system for your run sheets, kitchen sheets, quotes or as a completely new form. The original default forms will still appear in Function Tracker and any new layouts you create will appear above the default forms to select and generate when you are in the event details.
Go to Admin – Settings – Custom Word Layout and download the sample default layout to use as a template to edit.
The variable manual book is a reference to which variables can be used on your custom document. These variables correspond to the items in the database and will be replaced with your own data once the form is produced.
