This screen allows you to set booking types for the drop down field which appears when creating an event under the Initial Session Set up. You can add extra Event Types however Public and Private Event Types cannot be deleted.
Public Events are generally events that can be selected to show on your exernal website calendar (see Admin > Website Extras > Event Calendar).
Private Events appear only on your internal Function Tracker Calendar.
Public Events do not generally have a room rate however this can be changed in Admin > Advanced Settings.
Click “Add New” to add a new Event Type. Click to Delete an Event Type. Changing these values will not affect events currently booked.
