Event Space Layouts

Customise your room layout options. Click “Add” to add a new Layout. Click the trash can symbol to delete a Layout.

These layouts are used to set up the capacitys of each space in that layout.

Event Space Capacity Overrides

Set minimum and maximum capacities for each of your event space layouts. Click “Add” to create capacity overrides. These capacities will override the minimum and maximum guest numbers that you have indicated in your event space management screen.

If you have admin access you are able to override these capacities.
