Internal or External Staff Set Up
To set up your staff, click Staff > Manage Internal Staff (permanent staff) or Staff > Manage Contract Staff (casual staff).
Set up each internal (permanent) staff member by name and select their payment type. Staff can be allocated a colour and will be represented by the colour on the calendar.
Click on the cog to set up the grid of staff costs.
Client cost is what you charge the customer for the staff. Internal cost is the actual cost of staff to your venue. To remove a staff member click on the trash can.
