Staff Calendar
The staff calendar shows which events that a staff member has been allocated to.
Staff Calendar allows you to allocate internal and contract staff to an event. This is not a rostering system but a great tool to calculate staffing costs per event.
Staff are allocated to the events by first clicking on an existing event in the main calendar and then the staff tab.
To set up your staffing categories and costs start with Internal Staff.Create internal staff categories as required.All Internal Staff Categories can be set up by clicking on Create Internal Staff Category, then the add button.
Enter a category name, e.g Internal Bar Staff. Next, click on each category you have created and add the individual staff names.
