Internal and External Enquiries
Internal Enquires
Add internal enquiries by going to Events > Add Internal Enquiry
They will then show under Events > View Internal Enquiries and also on your dashboard under My follow up > internal enquiries. You will need to go to Events > view internal enquiries and then click on the Edit Button to edit the enquiry or move to the calendar.
External Enquiries
My Follow Up > online enquiries are the enquiries that come from your website if you have our form embedded.
