Approval Requests
Find it at Admin > Document Settings > Approval Requests
You can now ask your clients to approve quotes or contracts at the click of a button with our Approval Request system.
Items that will need to be set up include the email address you want the approvals to go to, the area on the email or document that you would like the request to appear, and also it is recommended to also add Dropbox/One Drive or Google Drive in the third party integrations for storage of the documents.
Once enabled and set up, when you send a contract/quote or run sheet, the clients can click a link to approve it. Within Function Tracker, an Approval Request Panel will appear at the bottom of each event page, allowing you to view the status of the requests.
You can reposition and drag this panel up the page by hovering over the 4 sided arrow on the right hand side of the panel and dragging it up the page.
