Quote System

Function Tracker has a Quote system, this allows you to create and build up Quotations in a similar way to creating a Event and you can email the details as per normal but it does not get added to the Event Calendar.

With Quotes you can not attatch invoices or take payments, but if approved you can then add the Quote to the Event Calendar and continue as per normal.

To create a new Quote navigate to SIde Menu > Events > Add Quote. Once created, you can view your Quotes under Side Menu > Events > View Quotes.

Enquiries taken or added via an Enquiry Form can also be added to the Quote System before becoming a Confirmed Event on your Event Calendar.
