BUG FIX - Error on payment gateway when linked to Xero.  New message added to stop customers paying when Xero invoice still has status of Draft.

UPDATE - Lost Business report updated - Order of results saved when printing, creating PDF and also on Excel download. 

NEW - Lost Business report added to system.

BUG FIX -  Invoice is not picking up Flat Fee event space cost correctly.

UPDATE - Functions Authority report. New export to Excel option.

UPDATE - Sales Manager report. New options to show "Booked By" information. 

BUG FIX - Read Only user could still edit the "Alternative Contact".

UPDATE - Enquiry forms now have new option to use custom CSS.

UPDATE - Enquiry form now checks for correct Email Address format in the Admin notification field and multiple email address field.

UPDATE - When printing from Firefox the Footer has been disabled as it breaks positions of page breaks.
