Shop Menu Item Order
The options found under Side Menu > Admin > Website Integration > Shop > Shop Configuration for the Menu Options work as following:
If you have the options "Menu Grouping" turned off, and "Show Packages On the Side Menu" turned Off. The shop side menu will group in the following default order:
Catering Packages (under the heading Catering Packages), Beverage Packages (under the heading Beverage Packages), Catering Items, Beverage Items, Equipment Items - this can not be changed. So as an example you will see:
Catering Packages
Beverage Packages
Entrees
Mains
Desserts
Cold Drinks
Hot Drinks
Equipment
Within each of the above you can click and drag the order of items. So when you look at your Catering Packages in the Admin area, by default it will be in creation order, you can though drag the items into any order you wish, this is then reflected in the shop.
If you do not turn any Catering Package items on to "Show in Shop". You will not then see the shop side menu "Catering Packages" - the same for Beverage Packages, Catering Items, Beverage Items and Equipment Items. If there are nil items, then the menu item will not show. So as an example, if no packages have the option "Show In Shop" turned on you will just see:
Entrees
Mains
Desserts
Cold Drinks
Hot Drinks
Equipment
If you turn on the option "Show Packages On the Side Menu" it will then remove the default shop menu options "Catering Packages" and "Beverage Packages" and instead list each package by name in the shop side menu. As an example, you will see
Wedding Catering Package One
Wedding Catering Package Two
Wedding Beverage Package One
Wedding Beverage Package Two
Entrees
Mains
Desserts
Cold Drinks
Hot Drinks
Equipment
If you turn Menu Grouping on. You will not see Individual Menu items listed on the side menu (even if they have Show In Shop turned on) They will only show if they have been added to a Group. The Menu Group items can only be shown above or below items that have not been grouped. So usually by default you will see your Grouped Menus above or below Catering and Beverage Packages. So as an example you would see:

Group Menu 2
The final option "Show Only The Chosen Side Menu Items" relates to what is shown in the central area of the shop window after you click on a side menu option. As an example, if you have the following side menu:
Catering Packages
Beverage Packages
Entrees
Mains
Desserts
Cold Drinks
Hot Drinks
Equipment
And "Show Only The Chosen Side Menu Items" is turned OFF - when clicking on Entrees, you will see Entrees and also Mains and Desserts listed under the Entrees and Catering and Beverage Packages listed above. If you have "Show Only The Chosen Side Menu Items" turned ON, when clicking n Entrees, you will only see the Entrees.
