Changelog May 2020

  • Adding Events - added option to hide / show Occasion and Event Space Layout
  • Adding Events - added options to hide the Company Website, Company Type and also the Company Contact fields Address, Suburb, City, State, Postal Code, Job Title, Department, Telephone + Ext, Contact Type. If use turns OFF "For A Company" - they will though see the Contact fields Address, Suburb, City, State, Postal Code
  • Adding Events - Added Default End Time. It will have drop down with 1 hour options. 0,1,2,3,4,5 - if user select 3, then end time will be by default 3 hours after selected default start time.
  • Calendar – Added a new Calendar Option setting so that user can choose to show "How Many Years To Show for Future and Past"
  • Catering - Added option on Packages to "Selections Have Additional Cost" - so for example, user chooses "Morning Package" at $120 per person, then chooses the menu option "Seared Herb and Crusted Beef", this has an additional cost of $10 per person", so cost per person is now $130.
  • Event Registration - if event is using new "Non-Ticketed Registration" – allowed registrar user to select which sessions they will be attending - this will show on the Attendees list
  • Event Registration – added a new slider option called "Non-Ticketed Registration
  • User Management - Added option next to current "Hide Day Notes" called "Edit Day Notes" - by default only Admin and Staff can Edit Day Notes. If Hide Day Notes it turned on, then Edit Day Notes will be turned off
