Mise En Place

For users of Function Tracker for Caterers:  Under Side Menu > Admin > Menu Management > Catering > Catering Menus >  Click on the Edit Icon to the right of the Menu Category Name, then on the following page next to each item, there is an option to Edit the Shop Description and also Add Mise En Place.   Details added here will automatically appear on the systems default Kitchen Sheet.
