  • Catering Menus - Added option to show all rows
  • Customers - Created new field under Customer List > Info > Edit under top heading as a Customer number can be used for a company or single contact. This new customer number will show on invoices.
  • Dashboard - At A Glance – Expanded At A Glance so user can click on number and see Modal with information and hyperlinks to the events.
  • Event Details – Updated adding new session, to use same options existing session
  • Export Data – Updated to include customer fields
  • Integrations - Xero – Added logic to create invoice.
  • Integrations - Office 365 – Added code to so user can choose date range to send events to Office 365.
  • Invoices -Deposit Invoices and Bond – to use Billing Contact for address, like Final Invoices.
  • Invoices - Due Date - created new option rule DAY of MONTH - for example 20th February.
  • Invoices - added option to show Event Name on invoice above current Event Date
  • Quick Costs - When we editing Quick Costs added need option to choose default TAX option.
  • Reports - Invoices - added new filter option under current Show Deposit Invoices called "Show Outstanding Deposit Invoices"
  • Reports - Added new report called Functions Authority - it shows an agenda view with basic event details
  • Reports - Delivery Report – Added Catering and Beverages to the delivery report
  • Reports - Invoice Report - Added a break down of tax
