  • Accommodation - Updated advanced accommodation so default start day and end day is same as event start date and end date
  • Accommodation - Calendar - Have Fixed Top Date bar like Grid View Calendar
  • Calendar - Added new drop down box top right of screen next to Month that has two options: "View By Date" and "View By Room" - view by date is current view. View by Room will change list view to group first by Room then Date.

  • Invoices – Added option for Invoice prefix based on data from within FT, for example Surname and Event Number
  • Invoices - Created new option called "No Line Items" if switched on, invoice will only show single line item with user generated text and a single cost.
  • Invoices - Added option "Hide Manual Credit Card Boxes" - if turned on, it will remove the credit card boxes from the invoice, print, preview and pdf
  • Reports - Invoice Report – Added new column after current Equipment for Accommodation
  • Reports - Invoice Report - Export to Excel. Updated column text to Total Tax and show Total Tax for each invoice.
  • Search – Updated Search Results to show enquiry number
