Changelog December 2018

  • Accommodation - Created new side menu item under current Staff called Accommodation. Under this menu we will need new Accommodation Calendar - this will always be using Grid View.
  • Accommodation - Add / Edit Accommodation – Added new Notes Field - shown on mouse over on Calendar, on Run Sheets
  • Accommodation – Added advanced option to show / hide new Accommodation menus.
  • Accommodation - Updated Add / Edit Accommodation – Added in option for Quantity and Multiple Select option box
  • Accommodation - Added option to "Clear All Accommodation"
  • Add Event - Update Add Event logic for space booking.
  • Add Event - Added option "Create Continuous" – in Advanced Add Event.
  • Calendar - Added Double Click on time to automatically start event creation with correct day and start time.
  • Event Details - Bond Invoice – added in error check for Invoice Date Required.
  • Event Details - Added allow upload of PDF documents.
  • Gratuity & Service Charge – Added Gratuity and Service Charge options for Quick Costs
  • Integrations - MYOB – Updated so that all mapping fields can choose from liability not just sales accounts.
  • Integrations - Office 365 Calendar - Updated current system so that each FT Event Space can be mapped to different Calendars that have different username and logon at Office 365 ?
  • Integrations - MYOB - Added indication next to Invoice that it has been sent to MYOB okay - a Green Tick will indicate that it has successfully been sent to MYOB ?
  • Integrations - MYOB – Created event log.
  • Integrations – Added FT with Zapier.com
