Room Rates / Costs
To setup your Hire Rate, first go to Admin > Event Space Management > Cost Categories. Here you can setup your different type of "Rates" for your Event Spaces. By default the costs are per Event Space, but you can use the slider option to make the category an hourly cost. You can also choose to Hide or Show the categories from the system.
After setting up your Cost Categories, navigate to Admin > Event Space Management > Mange Spaces. Next to the name of your Event Space, click on the "Dollar Coin" icon to the right of the name and you will see areas that you can enter your costs against the Event Space for each Cost Category that you have previously created.
