Attach Documents
You can attach small files directly to an event. When viewing an event at the top of the page in the blue menu area, there is a folder / arrow icon that allows you to "Manage Files"- click on this to upload and attach a document to the event for current / future reference. This means that the document is relevant to that event. It will not though show on the details page, neither in any print out or email. Please note that you have very limited space for these documents (100mb), they can be globally managed via Admin > File Manager. A better way to store documents is to use one of the cloud storage options found under Admin > Third Party Integrations, such as Dropbox. Once linked documents will be uploaded to your cloud storage system and will also be available via their client software.
There is also an option found on the Room Setup"" tab while looking at the details for an event, called "Floor Plan"- this allows you to upload an JPG image which will show within the Run Sheet or you can also upload a PDF which will just show as a downloadable document.
And finally, in general wherever you can email a document from Function Tracker there are options to send an attachment with the document.
