Custom Menus

Found under Admin > Menu Management > Custom where you can create a Custom menu called (for example) "Tours" - these work in similar ways to adding Catering etc.. also once setup you could look at Admin > Menu Management > Quick Costs which allow you to create costs on the fly and assign them to a cost centre . So if you have setup a Custom Menu called "Tours" you can then use this is a Quick Cost category. Quick Costs can be created in the Admin Menu area of within the event itself. If created from within the event, it is saved to the admin area and can be used again.
