Changelog June 2018

  • Blocked Dates - Updated blocked dates option to block also by time of day, start hour end hour
  • Calendar - Created new option slider called "Make Calendar My Home" - if turned on, when user logs onto system it will take them straight to the calendar in month view.
  • Calendar - Updated calendar settings to have new dropdown option to view by Sales Manager
  • Calendar Day View - Added colour to time values background so we can easily see AM /PM
  • Calendar Day View - Changed to allow click on time of day values on left hand side we could add events starting at same time.
  • Dashboard - Business on the books (e.g future revenue, level of enquiry, lost business etc.) and sales pipeline. Can now view month to date, year to date and last year to date details.
  • Day Sheet - created new default document called "Day Sheet" - this shows the company name / contact name of the events for one day and what Event Space they are located in. This is an A3 sheet that goes into a display at the entrance to a building for when function guests arrive.
  • Deposit Invoices – Now show PO Order number in same way as we see on Invoice.
  • DOCX - New Variable, added new variable Session Title to our existing "Session Times and Locations" table
  • Email After Change of Event Status - Updated system to always send Event Number, Event Date, Event Title, User who changed event status.
  • Enquiry Forms - Built error check on Date of Event - if date is in past, Error: You Can Not Select A Date in The Past
  • Event Creation - After submit button has been clicked once at end of event creation, we have disabled submit button to prevent double entry of events.
  • Event Notes – Added Admin option to create Event Notes Template. These then can be quickly added to an event if required.
  • Event Registration - Added option to copy event that has registration - it will create multiple events with registration.
  • Event Registration - Made by default the End Registration date the day of the event.
  • Export Customers - Update so it exports Billing Contact details.
  • Export to Excel - Updated system to have option to export by payment dates.
  • New Report - Added an occupancy comparison year on year for a date range.
  • Obee – Updated integration
  • Quick Costs - Updated so that each Quick Cost can have text notes.
  • Reports - Added a revenue breakdown comparision year on year for a date range
  • Reports - Added an enquiry / lead comparison year on year for a date range for the enquiries raised in the particular month
  • Reports - Payments – Added a new option below current multi option. "Show Deposits" Yes / No "Show Refunds" Yes / No
  • Reports - Payments - Show "Sales Manager" in results.
  • Reports - Sales Manager - Created a new column called "Actual Payments" - this will show current payments for the events including Deposits and Refunds.
  • Reports - Sales Manager – Changed current Status filter to a Multi Option filter so that end user can choose more than one Status Type.
  • Split Package Revenue - Updated to have an option to use a % value or a Cost value, for example $10 Catering, $20 Beverage etc..
  • Xero - Limited the creation of Invoices per event to 1 in FT and also limit the creation of deposit Invoices to 1 in FT.
  • Xero - Added Link next to Deposit Invoice that takes you to Xero deposit invoice like current invoices do.
  • Xero - Stop creation of Deposit Receipt when no Deposit Invoice has been created.
  • Xero - Updated system to refresh data if there is only one Deposit Invoice in FT. If there is only one Deposit Invoice, sync so that if Deposit Payment is made in Xero, it updates the Deposit Payment in FT.
