  • Create New Event – Updated Contact search to show results for all contacts that do not have a company
  • Customer Database - Expanded export option on customers, to be able to choose data type, for example customer type, then export to Excel
  • Customer Export - Update all export fields to show latest customer fields, firstname lastname, customer type etc.
  • Customer Spend Report - added "Booked By" column to report.
  • Customer Spend Report - Added in "Current Status" to report and new dropdown to select "Current Status"
  • Customers - A separate contact for invoicing than the main company address. Check box to select which contact details to appear on invoices.
  • Deposit Due – Shows current total of all Deposit Due Invoices created via Event Details > Event Payments > Deposits > Create Deposit Invoice
  • Email template system - Ability choose which email addresses the emails are sent to.
  • Enquiries - Updated Internal Enquiries list table to show also External Enquiries.
  • Enquiry Forms – Can now send an automated email to a chosen email address if an online enquiry has not been responded to within a set amount of time, for example 24 hours. If enquiry has not been added to calendar, or notes added, or marked as lost business etc.. Within 24 hours send out email. - Need multiple rules, if same event has not been responded to within 48 hours then it send out another email to system admins for example.

  • Internal Enquiry Forms - option on Enquiry Form Setup to "Allow Calendar Only Users Access"
  • Kitchen Sheet – Added Show Event Date on Top
  • Obee - Integration with Obee
  • Office 365 Calendar - If system is linked to Outlook Calendar, updated so that when event has been created that it sends out Calendar Invite to Contacts email
  • Office 365 Calendar - Option to link each event space to a separate Outlook Calendar
  • Office 365 Calendar - Synced 365 Calendar and FT so if user moves / deletes / changes time Office 365 it changes data in FT
  • User Types – New type called "Front Office" – have same use as Calendar users, but they can also click on the Add Enquiry option
