Where to i find the code to insert the Function Tracker enquiry form on my website?

Go to Admin > Website Integration > Enquiry Form > Enquiry Form Codes > Select ‘Add New’ > Enter your website domain > select which enquiry form from the drop down field  > click on ‘submit’ then the code will be generated
